Return Policy
You should be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached, if applicable. Unfortunately, jewelry and specific accessories cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service. The Fashion Headquarters Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.
Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days. The Fashion Headquarters Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.
